结肠癌所致贫血与结肠癌临床病理特点的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨结肠癌患者引起的贫血与结肠癌临床病理特点之间的相关性。[方法]回顾性分析281例结肠癌患者引起的贫血与临床病理特点的相关性。[结果]结肠癌病理组织学分型与贫血发生率无关(P>0.05);结肠癌大体分型与贫血发生率有统计学意义(P<0.05);结肠癌临床病理分期与贫血程度呈正相关(P<0.05);结肠癌细胞分化程度与贫血程度无关(P>0.05)。[结论]:结肠癌引起的贫血与结肠癌大体分型以及结肠癌临床病理分期具有一定的相关性,而与结肠癌病理组织学分型以及结肠癌细胞分化程度无相关性。[Objective]To investigate the correlation between colonic cancer-related anemia and the path- ologic features of colonic cancer. I-Methods]The relationship between colonic cancer-related anemia and the pathologic features of colonic cancer was analyzed in a statistical method. [Results]There was no statisticalsignificance between the histopathological type and incidence of colonic cancer-related anemia（P〉0. 05）. There was statistical significance between the general classification of colonic cancer and incidence of anemia（P〈0. 05）. There was statistical signifi- cance between clinical pathology staging of colonic cancer and degree of anemia（P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance between cell differentiation of colonic cancer and degree of anemia（P〉0. 05）. [Conelusion]There was certain relevance between cancer-related anemia and clinical pathological staging of colonic cancer, clinical pathology staging of colonic cancer, the general classification of colonic cancer. There was no direct relevance between cancer- related anemia and histopathological typing of colonic cancer, cell differentiation of colonic cancer.
