丁苯酞注射液联合巴曲酶治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞注射液联合巴曲酶治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法 80例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予丁苯酞注射液联合巴曲酶治疗,对照组给予巴曲酶治疗。在治疗前和治疗后14 d时进行美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损程度评分标准(NIHSS)评分和Barthel指数(BI)。观察并监测两组患者的不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分明显降低,BI明显升高(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后的NIHSS评分明显降低,BI明显升高(均P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论丁苯酞注射液联合巴曲酶治疗急性进展性脑梗死安全有效,值得推广。Objective To observe the curative effects of Butylphthalide injection combined with Batroxobin in treating acute progressing cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute progressing cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. The treatment group was treated with Butylphthalide injection combined with Batroxobin, while the control group was treated with Batroxobin injection. The clinical nervous function defect degree and activities of daily living were evaluated by the National institutes of health stroke scale （NIHSS） and Barthel index （ BI）, respectively, before and at 14 d after treatment. The adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and monitored. Results Compared with before treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the BI were significantly increased （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the NIHSS scores of treatment group after treatment were significantly decreased, and the BI were significantly increased （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Butylphthalide injection combined with Batroxobin is safe and effective in treating acute progressing cerebral infarction, and it is worth to be promoted.
