摘　　要：目的筛选易获得、低成本、色谱行为及稳定性好的鸦片类、苯丙胺类毒品内标物。方法采用GC/MS法和GC/FID法分析,对26种市售药品的仪器响应度、峰形、保留时间进行考察。结果盐酸苯海索、醋酸甲萘氢醌、赛庚啶适合作为鸦片类毒品定量检验的内标物,美西律适合作为苯丙胺类毒品定量检验的内标物。结论为基层毒品检验实验室提供了多一种选择。Objective To select low cost, high performance and good stability internal standard substances for quantitative determination of opiate and amphetamine. Methods twenty-six common pharmaceuticals were tested by GC/MS and GC/FID, and then the retention time, peak width and sensitivity were studied. Results Tihexyphenidyl hydrochloride, menadiol acetate and cyproheptadine are suitable as the internal standard substances for the determination of opiate, and Mexiletine are suitable as the internal standard substance for the determination of amphetamine. Conclusion The selected internal standards can be used in drugs analysis laboratory.
