摘  要:目的观察上海地区常见的3种绿化植被在自然环境下的形态变化,为法庭微量物证检验提供一种新鉴别方法。方法利用环境扫描电镜观察广玉兰、黄杨、狗牙根为例的植物叶片气孔器及微观形态特征性分析,观察在地域差异、自然风干及酸碱环境等因素下叶片气孔器的特征变化。结果植物叶片气孔器的分布、密度、形态等特征较稳定,不同种类植物叶片的气孔器纵径、横径、纵径/横径比值、孔径等各项数值存在差异,外界环境变化对某些植物叶片气孔器的密度及形态特征会产生一定影响。结论利用环境扫描电镜进行的植物叶片气孔器的微观形态分析在法庭科学领域相关物证的检验鉴定中有重要价值。Objective To investigate the influence of crime scene environment on the variation of stomatal apparatus of the plant leaves and evaluate the evidence value of plant leaves. Methods Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) was used to observe the leaves of Magnolia grandiflora, Buxus sinica and Cynodon dactylon. The influence of geographical differences, natural air drying, acid and alkali environment on the characteristics of the leaf stomatal apparatus were studied. Results The lon- gitudinal diameter, vertical diameter of leaf stomatal apparatus of three kinds of plant were difference, but for one kind of plant, the distribution, density, shape of stomatal apparatus was relatively stable. Conclusion The microstructure of plant leaf stomatal apparatus has great significance in determining the plant species in the forensic science field.
