摘  要:目的比较3种显现非渗透性客体上血潜手印方法的优劣。方法选择常见非渗透性3种客体制作血潜手印实验样本,制作手印遗留时间分别为1周、1个月、3个月,然后比较手印显现效果及显出率。结果在手印显出率方面,酸性黄和氨基黑10B法要优于二氧化钛,在排除背景干扰方面,酸性黄和二氧化钛法要优于氨基黑10B。结论酸性黄显现法更灵敏,在手印显现效果和显出率上具有更强优势。Objective To compare amido black, titanium dioxide (TiO2) and acid yellow 7 for development of blood fin- gerprint on nonporous surface. Methods Three kinds of solutions which were prepared with amido black, titanium dioxide and acid yellow 7 respectively were tested for development of blood fingerprints on non-porous surface, and the results were com- pared. Results The solutions containing amido black and acid yellow 7 were more effective than solution of titanium dioxide, while yellow 7 and titanium dioxide solutions was of advantage to reduce the background interference. Conclusion Acid yellow 7 was more sensitive and suitable for developing blood fingerprint.
