摘　　要：高校思想政治教育是一项综合工作,为了达到理想的教学预期,在教学过程中应坚持教师主导与学生主体相结合,把学生的要求与建议反映在实际的教学过程中;借鉴优秀的中国传统文化,使文化认同与指导思想相融合;同时选读马克思主义经典原著,提高学生对马克思主义的理论认知度,充分调动学生的学习积极性。Ideological and political education, a comprehensive education program, should stick to the principle of students-centered and teachers-guiding teaching, the reflection of students＇ need and suggestions in the actual teaching in progress, the introduction of positive Chinese traditional culture to integrate cultural identity and guiding principles, the selected reading of Marxist original classics to improve students＇ theoretic cognition and the maintenance of students＇ interest in the learning.
