摘　　要：技术创新推动了时代的发展,也给处在发展瓶颈的传统远程教育模式带来了生机和活力。依托计算机网络、多媒体技术、通信技术的现代远程教育的特殊优势,已经赢得越来越多人的青睐并逐渐成为干部继续教育的重要载体。此外,随着新媒体资源的完善和划分,传输渠道的透明和专用,操作工具的简便和系统,使得现代远程教育拥有更为广阔的发展空间和竞争资本,更易在教学方式、传输介质、终端载体等领域率先进行变革与发展,从而在教学上更具针对性和实效性,为进一步提高干部继续教育质量,打造多元化的教育培训格局奠定基础。Technology innovation brings vital force and vigor to traditional telecommuting education mode. Based on computer network, multimedia and communication technique, modern telecommuting education has been more and more popular and gradually become an important carrier in the cadre continuing education. With perfect and divided new media resources, easy and exclusive transmitting channels, simple and systematic operation tools, modern telecommuting education becomes more competitive and easier to develop in terms of teaching mode, transmitting media and terminal carrier, and is more targeted and effective in the teaching, and lays a good foundation for the quality of cadre continuing education and pluralism education training.
