摘　　要：美国新媒体联盟地平线项目始于2002年,用来识别和描述未来五年可能对全球教育产生重大影响的新兴技术。2014地平线报告高等教育版,确定了18项极有可能影响技术规划和决策的议题,包括影响高等教育发展的六大趋势和高等教育面临的六大挑战以及六大教育技术进展。NMC Horizon Project is a series of comprehensive research reports identifying and describing the emerging technologies to have a great impact on the global education in the coming five years. For the NMC Horizon Report: 2014 Higher Education Edition, it aims to analyze the potential influence of new technologies on the higher education field in respects of teaching, learning and creative exploration. It also defines eighteen topics likely to affect technology planning and decisionmaking, including six key trends, six significant challenges, and six important developments in educational technology.
