摘 要:利用叶顶吸气抑制密封气流激振,实现对密封气流激振的主动实时控制。开发了一套基于LABVIEW的可控闭环流量调节系统,可根据叶片振动幅值反馈调节喷射流量或吸气流量。在叶片两侧为光滑密封和蜂窝密封两种条件下,实验研究了闭环可控吸气对叶顶密封气流激振的控制。研究结果表明,吸气流量随叶片振动幅值变化而实时调节,叶片振动幅值被实时控制在工况设定的阀值内。光滑密封条件下,闭环可控吸气减振效果能达到30%,蜂窝密封条件下的减振效果可提高到40%,主动控制与被动控制结合的效果更佳。This paper discusses the development of an active real-time control method for steam exciting vibration of blade tip clearance seals.Based on LABVIEW,a closed loop system for flow regulation is developed,in which air jets or suction can be adjusted according to different blade vibration amplitudes.The experimental research on vibration suppression due to suction is under two kinds of seal conditions,smooth seal and honeycomb seal.The results indicate that the suction flow rate is regulated in real time as the blade vibration varies,and the amplitude of blade vibration is controlled at the threshold range that is set according to operating conditions.The suppressing effect of closed loop controlled suction is up to 30% with the smooth seal,and 40% with the honeycomb seal.The suppressing effect is better when both active control and passive control are combined.
