摘 要:在高寒条件下,A6N01S-T5铝合金焊接接头的性能好坏对于高速列车车体的安全运行至关重要,研究焊接接头的低温性能可以为设计高寒条件下使用的高速列车车体提供理论依据。针对A6N01S-T5铝合金对接接头,进行了不同低温环境下接头的抗拉强度、冷弯性能、疲劳强度试验研究,同时测定接头的硬度分布,观察该接头的微观组织。试验结果表明:接头各区的组织状况能够很好的分析硬度分布规律。随着温度的降低,接头强度有所提高,但由于焊缝中存在缺陷,使得温度对接头疲劳强度的影响不是很明显,气孔是引起疲劳裂纹的主要原因之一。It's important for the safe operation of the high-speed train about the performance of the A6N01A-T5 aluminum alloy welding joint at the low temperature. It can provide theoretical basis for the design of the high-speed train used at low temperature for the research of the low temperature performance of the A6N01S-T5 joints. In the paper,it studys the tensile strength, cold bending properties and fatigue strength of the butt joints under different low temperature environment. At the same time,the microstructure of the joint is observed, the hardness of joint distribution is tested. The result shows that the organization of the joint can analytical hardness distribution. With the temperature is reduced, the strength of the joint is reduced too. Because there are tiny defects in the weld, the effect of temperature on the joint fatigue strength is not very obvious. Porosity is one of the main cause.
