摘 要:为了探明梨黑星病生理抗病机制,以白梨和秋子梨种间杂交后代中抗病优系03-04-034为试材,高感姊妹系03-19-136为对照,测定了其接种前后叶片病程相关物质水杨酸、多酚和木质素的含量,并对抗病材料接种前后相关病程物质的特殊变化过程进行了分析。结果表明:抗病优系03-04-034接种后3 h叶片水杨酸含量显著增加;接种后15 h根皮苷开始显著增加,并在接种后18 h持续增加;接种后18 h儿茶酚、槲皮素和芦丁苷含量也开始显著增加,接种后45 h木质素含量显著增加。叶片接种后出现水杨酸含量激增、多酚含量提前显著增加、木质素含量显著增加现象,都是抗病材料明显的抗病反应。The objective of the study is to elucidate the physiological mechanism of resistance to pear scab, using the resistant super line 03-04-034 and its highly susceptible sister-line 03-19-136 interspecific reciprocal crossed from Pyrus bretschneideri cv Yali and Pyrus ussuriensis cv Jingbaili to analyze the special change process of disease related substances such as salicylic acid, polyphenols and lignin after inoculation in leaves.The results indicated that salicylic acid content in leaves of the highly resistant individual 03-04-034 was significantly increased 3 hours after inoculation, phloridzin content was begun to significantly increase 15 hours after inoculation and continually raised 18 hours after inoculation, echin, quercetin and rutin glycoside contents obvious increased 18 hours after inoculation, and the time of lignin content increasing was at 45 hours after inoculation.The above phenomenon in resistant line 03-04-034 was obvious resistant reaction of resistant materials.
