摘　　要：为了探究企业对商务英语人才的能力需求,本文对汕头市澄海区50多家玩具外贸公司进行了问卷调查。结果显示:澄海玩具外贸公司对商务英语才的总体满意程度很低,亟需谈判能力和营销能力的商务英语人才。This thesis is a survey report about the enterprise requirements in the Business English quality. The author visited 50 toys＇ trading companies in Chenghai, Shantou, in order to inquire the requirements of business English talent for the enterprises. And the result shows Chenghai toys＇ trading companies are not satisfied with present business English talents. The market is in urgent need of negotiation and marketing talents.
