摘　　要：三级跳远中的最关键因素是三跳比例,这直接影响最终的成绩。在三级跳远的技术动作中,英国爱德华兹的速度型技术已引领世界男子三级跳远并且逐步成为一种趋势。但是我国的三级跳远运动员在技术与体能方面都远远不如世界上其他国家,因此我们需要了解并掌握当今的三级跳远技术的现状及趋势,促进我国三级跳远技术的提高。ACCording to the study, the most critical factors in the triple jump of three jump proportion directly affects the final result. In the triple jump techniques, the Edwards type speed technology has led the world men＇s triple jump and gradually become a trend. But Chinese triple jump athletes in the techni- cal and physical aspects are far inferior to those in other countries in the world. So only by understanding and mastering the current status and trend of triple jump techniques, can we promote the triple jump tech- nology in China.
