摘　　要：全民健身志愿服务是各种社会现象及其制度多元诉求而引发的一种复杂社会生态系统结构重组的结果:它是公民社会孕育的必然结果、创新社会管理的内在逻辑、促进体育公平的伦理价值追求、体育志愿服务发展的基本趋势.展望其未来,关键是发展全民健身志愿服务组织;政府的管理与服务是可持续发展的保障;以社区为重心开展服务;为多元化的服务对象提供多样化的服务.The national fimess volunteer service is the result of a complex social - ecological systems restructuring triggered by various social phenomena and their system pluralistic aspirations. The external conditions for the breed- ing of civil society; innovation social management is the internal logic ; to promoting sports fair is the ethical value of the pursuit; in - depth development of sports volunteer service is the inherent requirement. Looking to the future development of the National Fitness voluntary organization building is the key to the management and service of the government of national fitness voluntary service protection, for the community to develop a nationwide fitness volun- teer service is the center of gravity.
