足球之乡中小学足球运动开展现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查法等研究方法,对梅州市部分中小学的足球运动开展现状进行了调查研究,通过分析初步得到如下结论:足球之乡中小学在师资方面和场地设施方面,都较为充足;学生在课堂学习足球的氛围与课外学生对足球的热情形成反差,前者淡后者浓,后者的主要特点有课外足球活动频繁化和比赛经常化.此外,当前足球之乡校园足球开展中还存在体育教师的科研能力普遍较弱,足球队的管理投入少,体育教师课外教学训练报酬低,积极性不高,学校领导对足球运动并不热衷等问题.Through the methods of questionnaire investigation, this paper researched on the present situation of pri- mary and secondary school football sports in Meizhou city ,Through the analysis of preliminary this paper get the fol- lowing conclusion ： the teachers of primary and secondary schools and site facilities are relatively abundant; learning atmosphere of students in the classroom contrast to student~ passion for football, and the latter is the main character- istics of extracurricular football activities. In addition, there are still some problems to be paid attention to： the teachers are generally weak in scientific research ; cess input in the management of the football team ;low ehthusiasm in tho football trainer training; and the school leader wasnt too keen about football, and so on.
