许尤佳教授“儿为虚寒”理论在小儿哮喘脱敏治疗中的应用

摘　　要：许尤佳教授总结历代儿科医家经验,考虑现代育儿时弊以及岭南地域特点,结合多年临床体会,提出"儿为虚寒"观点,探索中医药联合特异性免疫治疗,采用含服红参片,口服"升阳益肾"方预防脱敏治疗不良反应,取得满意疗效,现将其经验介绍如下。Pofessor xu You-jia puts forward the theory that child constitution is deficiency cold based on previous pediatric doctors＇ experience combined with his clinical experience, and the misunderstanding of raising a child in Lingnan region in the modem society. He uses traditional Chinese medicine to prevent adverse reaction of specific immune therapy in pediatric asthma by sublingual administration of radix ginseng Rubra and taking Shengyang Yishen prescription orally. The clinical effect is good.
