摘　　要：利用个案访谈法调查新生代农民工定居城市的意愿及融入城市过程中的发展差异,发现:个人资本水平是影响新生代农民工融入城市的关键要素。为此,提出通过构建个人资本水平提升机制促进新生代农民工实现经济融入、社会融入、文化融入和政治融入,根据不同群体的特点和需求找好提升个人资本水平的着力点。The wish for settling in city and the developing difference in integrating into city of the new generation of migrant workers were investigated through case interview. It is found the personal capital level is the key element impacting the new-generation migrant workers＇ integration into city. Based on this, it is proposed to construct the personal capital level improvement mechanism so as to promote them achieve the economic, social, cultural and political integration; meanwhile, it is necessary to determine the focus for improving personal capital level according to the characteristics and needs of the different groups.
