新形势下高校结核病的预防措施

摘　　要：目的通过总结2006年以来某高校在结核病预防工作中所采取的措施,以及取得的成绩,以提高高校新形势下结核病防治工作中的经验,减少或控制高校师生结核病的发病率。方法健全防控组织,采取得力措施,加强联系,争取外援,把好新生入学体检关,对新发病例早发现、早隔离、早治疗。加强对专业人员的培训,加强对师生员工的健康教育。结果自2006年以来某高校在招生规模逐渐扩大的新形势下结核病发病率却连续下降,无结核病暴发疫情。结论领导重视,组织健全,措施得力,某高校近年来在招生规模逐渐扩大的新形势下结核病的发病率却连续下降,无结核病暴发疫情。结核病的防控取得了很好的效果,结核病的防控措施值得在高校中推广。Objective To summarize the measures taken in the preventive works of tuberculosis and related achievements in a university from 2006,so as to improve the experience on tuberculosis prevention in universities under new circumstances and reduce or control the incidence rate of tuberculosis for university students and staff. Methods Control and prevention organization was strengthened,effective measures were taken, communication was improved,foreign aid was prepared and physical examination for students on admission was also well-establlshed.The principle of＂early detection,early quarantine and early treatment＂was followed to new cases.Training for professional personnel was reinforced and health education for students and staff was also intensified. Results The incidence rate of tuberculosis had declined since 2006 despite the fact that the enrollment scale of the university was gradually enlarged.No outbreak of tuberculosis was ever detected. Conclusion Thanks to leaders＇attention,sound organization and effective measures,the incidence rate of tuberculosis continuously declines under the new circumstances of the enlargement of enrollment scale in the university,and no tuberculosis outbreak is detected.The control and prevention of tuberculosis achieve favorable effects,which are worthy of promotion in universities.
