消化道出血与ABO血型分布相关性研究

摘　　要：目的对消化道出血与ABO血型分布的相关性进行研究和分析。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2007年1月～2012年12月收治的268例消化道出血患者为研究对象，同期抽取100例于我院体检的健康者为对照组。将患者的血型分布情况与健康者的血型分布进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示，消化道出血患者中，B型血患者的数量明显多于对照组的占有比例，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A型血患者以及AB型血患者的数量明显少于对照组的占有比例，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。O型血患者的分布与正常者不存在明显差异性（P〉0．05）。结论消化道出血与ABO血型分布存在密切的联系，其中B型血的发病率相对较高。Objective To investigate the correlation of alimentary tract hemorrhage and ABO blood type. Methods 268 patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were included in this study while 100 cases of healthy subjects who received physical examination were selected as control group.The ABO blood type of patients and healthy subjects were compared. Results The clinical results showed that the percentage of B blood type in patients was higher than that in control group with a statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.The percentage of A and AB blood type in patients were lower than that in control group with a statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the O blood type and healthy subjects and the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion There is strong correlation between alimentary tract hemorrhage and ABO blood type with higher incidence in B blood type.
