曲安奈德在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的作用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德在泪囊鼻腔吻合术后降低复发率的作用。方法将本院88例慢性泪囊炎患者根据人院先后顺序随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组单纯行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，观察组患者行泪囊鼻腔吻合术时应用曲安奈德和肾上腺素混合液鼻黏膜注射，术后随访6～12个月，比较两组的临床总有效率及随访后的复发率。结果两组的临床总有效率比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05），随访6～12月后对照组患者复发率明显高于观察组（P〈0．05）。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合术中应用曲安奈德和肾上腺素混合液，增加了手术成功率、降低了手术难度、缩短了手术时间，具有疗效好，复发率低的特点，临床建议推广应用。Objective To investigate the role of cu ann ned in the relapse rate after dacryoeystorhinostomy. Methods 88 cases of chronic daeryocystitis patients were randomLy divided into control group and observation group, the control group only underwent dacryocystorhinostomy, Cu Ann Ned and epinephrine mixed solution nasal mucosal injection patients in the observation group underwent dacryocystorhinostomy,patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,the clinical comparison of two group＇s total efficiency and follow-up recurrence rate. Results The clinical effective rates of two groups showed no statistical difference （P ~ 0.05）, and were followed up for 6-12 months after the recurrence rate was higher than that of control group patients in observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of cu ann ned and epinephrine mixed solution dacryocystorhinostomy,inerease the success rate of the operation,reduce the operation difficulty,shortens the operation time,has good curative effect,low recurrence rate characteristics,It＇s the use of clinical recommendations to promote.
