小切口甲状腺瘤切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的应用小切口甲状腺瘤切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的疗效观察分析。方法选取我院从2009年1月～2013年6月收治的80例甲状腺瘤患者做为研究对象。按照不同的治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组42例，对照组38例。对照组应用传统手术方法治疗，治疗组应用小切口甲状腺瘤切除术治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的各项临床数据变化与治疗效果。结果两组患者各项临床指标对比，治疗组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用小切口甲状腺瘤切除术临床效果好，手术时间短，术中出血量少，美容效果佳，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of mini-incision resection of thyroid tumor in the treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods 80 patients with thyroid tumor who were admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were selected as research subjects.They were assigned into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 42 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in control group.The control group was received traditional operation,while the treatment group was received mini-inclsion resection of thyroid tumor.The changes of clinical indices and curative effects were observed between the two groups. Results According to the comparison of clinical indices between the two groups,the curative effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mini-incision resection of thyroid tumor has favorable clinical effects, shorter operation time,less blood loss and better cosmetic results,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
