摘　　要：简述数据元的概念及其模型,阐述开展中医临床护理信息数据元标准研究的重要性,以中医护理记录单中的特色操作为例,探讨如何构建中医临床护理信息数据元,提出护理记录信息数据元目录及相应的值域代码表,为构建中医临床护理信息数据元标准提供示范案例。The paper introduces the concept and model of data element, elaborates the importance of studying data element standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） clinical nursing information. Characteristic operation in nursing document is taken for example to show how to construct data elements of TCM clinical nursing information, the nursing record information metadata directory and the val- ues range of the corresponding code table are put forward, so as to provide references for constructing data element standards of TCM clin- ical nursing information.
