摘　　要：简述图书馆在医院科研工作中的重要性及对科研工作服务的现状,提出加强图书馆自身建设的途径,包括加强环境及信息数据库建设、提高馆员综合素质及信息服务意识、加强文献资源建设、强化自身科研支持功能等,为临床科研、教学提供更好的文献信息保障服务,提高自身价值。The paper starts with the significance and current situation of library in hospital research work, puts forward approaches to enhance library self- construction including strengthening environment and information database eonstruetion, promoting librarians＇ com- prehensive quality and their service awareness, enhancing literature resources construction, improving scientific research support function and so on, aiming to provide better services for clinical research and teaching and increasing their own values.
