摘　　要：该文回顾了精品开放课程相关工作,认为,精品开放课程建设与共享工作可视为中国式MOOC,相关工作导向出现了重要的发展,表现为教学资源建设的中心地位得到明确,教育技术专业人员在课程团队中的作用得到明确,教学资源的原创性得到重视。并通过反思提出教学研究是提高教学资源原创性的根本途径,教学资源创新是课程创新的标准,知识点是资源创新的单位,应建立期刊化的教学资源管理和评审平台,促进教学资源建设走向常态化、正规化。This paper discussed that National Pilot Opening curriculum should be regarded as a Chinese MOOC ,and transform had occurred during the past years： Teaching and Learning resources developing had got the center position, educational technology professionals became the indispensable ally of the curriculum team, innovative resources were underlined. And the author considered that researching was the fundamental way to improve the creativity of Teaching and Learning Resources, the way to curriculum innovation was to develop Teaching and Learning Resources, the innovation of Teaching and Learning Resources should be made with knowledge point as the unit, a Journal Model should be established for Teaching and Learning management and evaluation.
