摘　　要：本文在对创业导向、全球价值链及国际化绩效相关文献进行梳理的基础上,构建概念模型,设计价值链位势调研量表,提出并验证了企业价值链位势在跨国创业导向与国际化绩效关系中发挥的中介作用及影响机理。文章基于Likert七度量表调研问卷获得数据的实证研究结果表明:创新性和先动性通过改变价值链位势正向影响企业国际化绩效,而风险承担性的作用并不显著。价值链位势是国际化绩效的关键驱动要素,在跨国创业导向与国际化绩效的关系中发挥着重要的中介效应。本文可能存在的创新之处,一是提出了价值链位势概念并进行量化测度,二是从跨国创业导向视角分析了企业获得国际化绩效的路径。Upon an overview of the literature regarding entrepreneurial orienta- tion （EO）, global value chain （GVC） and international performance, this paper sets up a conceptual model and designs a GVC potential scale to put forward and verify the intermediary role and influential mechanism of GVC potential in the relationship between transnational EO and enterprises＇ s international perfor- mance. Based on data collected through Likert scale survey questionnaire, the em- pirical study comes up with the results showing that innovativeness and proactive- ness have a positive effect on enterprises＇s international performance by changing the GVC potential while the effect of risk acceptance is not significant; the ef- fect of transnational EO on enterprise＇s international performance declines signifi- cantly when intervening variables are introduced; GVC, however, has a certain de- gree of intermediate effect. This paper may claim novelty in that it proposes the concept of GVC potential with a quantitative method to measure it and from the perspective of international EO it investigates the pathway through which enter- prises obtain international performance.
