摘  要:目的研究淡豆豉提取物对6 Gy的60Coγ辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法 6 Gy的60Coγ全身性照射小鼠造模,小鼠灌胃给予0.5%CMC-Na为溶媒配制的阳性对照药尼尔雌醇和淡豆豉提取物的混悬液28 d,每天1次,照射前后分别连续灌胃给药14 d;血细胞分析仪检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板等血液学指标,称取小鼠体质量,脾脏和胸腺质量;透射电子显微镜观察小鼠脾脏、胸腺、小肠和睾丸的超微结构。结果淡豆豉提取物能明显减轻60Coγ射线引起的小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板等指标的减少和体质量减轻,显著提高股骨骨髓有核细胞数,明显改善辐射受损的脾脏、胸腺、小肠和睾丸的超微结构和增加萎缩的胸腺、脾脏等指数。结论淡豆豉提取物对低剂量60Coγ辐射损伤小鼠具有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of extracts from Semen Sojae Praeparatum (ESSP) on 6 Gy ^60Coγ-ray injured mice. Methods A radiation injured mouse model was established by exposing mice to 6 Gy ^60Coγ-ray radiation once. Mice were given positive control drug nilestriol and ESSP suspended in 0.5% CMC-Na solution by intragastric administration once a day for 28 days and were continuously given for 14 days before and af-ter radiation respectively. White blood cells ( WBC ), red blood cells ( RBC ), platelets (PLT) and concentrations of hemoglobins (Hb) in peripheral blood were measured by a blood cell analyzer. The weight of the body, spleen and thymus of each mouse was measured by electric balance. Ultramicroscopic structures of the spleen, thymus, small intestine and testicles were detected by a transmission electron microscope. Results ESSP significantly alleviated the decrease of WBC, RBC, PLT and weight loss symptoms induced by ^60Coγ-ray radiation. ESSP remarkably increased of nucleated cells bone marrow. ESSP also obviously improved the ultramicroscopic structures of the spleen, thy-mus, small intestine and testicles injured by radiation and increased the index of the atrophy thymus and spleen. Conclusion ESSP has protective effects on radiation-injured mice exposed to a low dose of ^60Coγ-ray.
