摘 要:脂肪族水泥分散剂以甲醛、丙酮、亚硫酸盐作为基本合成原料,经亲核加成和羟醛缩合合成。在此基础上试验了2种改性物质酰胺Ⅰ、酰胺Ⅱ。红外光谱证明,成功引入酰胺基团合成氨基化合物。分散剂掺量在0.6%时,水泥浆的流变指数和稠度系数与加入原分散剂时比值是0.914,0.934,1.513,1.307。改性后分散性能优异、大大降低了水泥浆稠度、水泥石抗压强度也高于标准要求,是新型预期可生物降解的缓凝型分散剂。Aliphatic dispersant of cement was synthesized by use of formaldehyde acetone and sulfite for major materials,obtained by the method of hydroxyaldehyde condensation and nucleophilic reaction. On the base of copolymerization,the experiment was designed to test the dispersant modified by: amide Ⅰand Ⅱ. FTIR spectrum utilized to confirm the presence of amido and yield amide. When additive amount of modified dispersant was 0. 6%,the fluidity indexes and consistency coefficients ratio of cement slurry were 0. 914,0. 936 and 1. 513,1. 307. The new two dispersants had an excellent dispersivity,an sharp reduction on consistency of slurry,the compression strength of cement above standard requirements. The modified are expected to be new kind of biodegradable as well as retarded dispersants.
