盐酸马尼地平胶囊的处方工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选盐酸马尼地平胶囊的处方工艺。方法选择乳糖和微晶纤维素为填充剂,聚维酮K30为黏合剂、羧甲基淀粉钠为崩解剂,采用三因素三水平进行正交试验,优选出最佳处方工艺,并进行稳定性考察。结果优选后的处方每粒胶囊含乳糖100mg,微晶纤维素为20mg,聚维酮K30为7mg,羧甲基淀粉钠8mg。结论优选的处方工艺适合于放大生产。OBJECTIVE To optimize the formulation and technology of Manidipine Dihydrochloride Cap-sules.METHODS Lactose and microcrystalline cellulose were selected as filler ,povidone K30 as binder,sodium starch glycolate as disintegrating agent.Three factors and three levels orthogonal test was used to optimized ,prescrip-tion and process,and to study its stability.RESULTS After optimization,each capsules contained lactose 100mg,microcrystalline cellulose 20mg,povidone K30 7mg and sodium starch glycolate 8mg.CONCLUSION Optimization of the prescription and technology suites to mass production.
