摘　　要：目的：建立测定催乳颗粒中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（20∶80），检测波长321nm，流速1.0mL· min^-1。结果阿魏酸的线性范围为1.451～14.51μg· mL^-1（r＝0.9995），平均回收率为99.2％，RSD为0.7％（n＝6）。结论该方法专属性强、操作简便。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determinatione of ferulic acid in Cuiru Gran-ules.METHODS ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with methanoL^-water （20∶80） as mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was at 218 nm,as the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1.RESULTS The linear range of amyg-dalin was 1.451~14.51μg · mL^-1 （ r =0.9995 ）.The average recovery was 99.2% with RSD of 0.7%（ n=6 ）.CONCLUSION The method is specific and simple.
