智慧旅游与高职旅游人才培养模式的研究——以武汉职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：通过分析智慧旅游的发展渊源,引申出智慧旅游发展三个方面的内涵,从而明确了智慧旅游对高职旅游人才培养提出的新的需求理念。为此,高职旅游人才的培养模式要适应智慧旅游的发展必须具备——学校政策的支撑(College support)、师资力量支撑(Teacher support)、智能虚拟技术支撑(Technical support)等CTT三大支撑体系,才能培养出适应市场需求的复合型的跨界旅游人才。Through analyzing the origin of wisdom tourism, this paper proposes three aspects of the connotation of wisdom tourism development, and determines the new demand for tourism talents training in higher vocational education. In order to adapt to the development of tourism travel, three support system CTT must be introduced into the talents training mode： school policy support （College support）, faculty support （Teacher support）, and intelligent virtual technology support （Technical support）. Only in this way, can cross-border tourism talents be cultivated to meet the demand of tourism market.
