摘  要:田间小区人工接种药效试验表明 :金叶宝 2 5 0倍对CMV防治效果最佳 ,接种CMV后 2 6d防效仍高达40 6 % ,植病灵Ⅱ号 30 0倍、植病灵Ⅰ号 6 0 0倍的防治效果分别为 2 8 96 %和 2 6 0 9% ;烟株感染CMV后 ,叶绿素a ,叶绿素b ,类胡萝卜素含量明显下降 ,总酚、类黄酮含量增加 ,PAL活性增强 ;喷施金叶宝、植病灵Ⅱ号后能有效地抑制病毒 (CMV)的危害 ,使病株与健株的叶绿素a ,叶绿素b ,类胡萝卜素 ,总酚和类黄酮含量比值接近 1,同时增强了苯丙氨酸酶 (PAL)活性。Results of the field plot trial by artificial inoculation showed that Jinyebao had the best controlling effect on CMV, the effect still kept at 40.6% after being inoculated with CMV for 26 days, the effect of No. II Zhibingling and No. I Zhibingling had been at 28.96% and 26.09% respectively; content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotinoid in tobacco plants which had been infected with CMV decreased significantly, content of the total phenols and the flavonoid increased, activities of the PAL enhanced; the application of Jinyebao and No. II Zhibingling can effectively control the damage caused by the virus disease (CMV), make the ratio on content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotinoid, total phenols and flavonoid close to 1, strengthen the activity of the PAL in the meantime.
