摘  要:针对立式超声加工机床加工效率低的问题,基于超声加工的基本原理,阐述了卧式超声加工原理及其特点.阐明了卧式超声加工机床的设计总体思路.将机床分为工件夹持与运动系统和工具夹持与运动系统两部分.对夹持机构、平移机构、往复运动机构、侧压力机构及定位机构进行了设计.实现了聚晶金刚石拉丝模卧式超声加工机床的三维实体建模.三维实体模型的运动检查表明,设计的机床可以有效地实现拉丝模的卧式超声加工.提出的卧式超声加工机床可以避免传统立式加工机床频繁修磨工具针这一缺点,提高聚晶金刚石拉丝模的加工效率.To improve the processing efficiency of the vertical ultrasonic machine for machining polycrystalline diamond (PCD)wire drawing dies, the principle and characteristics of the horizontal ultrasonic machining were described based on the basic principle of ultrasonic machining. General design idea of the horizontal ultrasonic machining system was presented. The horizontal ultrasonic machine was divided into clamping mechanism and movement system of the workpiece and those of the tool. Clamping mechanism, translation mechanism, reciprocating motion mechanism, lateral pressure mechanism and positioning mechanism had been designed. Three-dimensional solid modeling of horizontal ultrasonic machine for processing polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies had been carried out. Movement examination for three-dimensional solid showed that the proposed machine could effectively complete the horizontal ultrasonic machining of the wire drawing dies. The new ultrasonic machine can avoid frequent tool sharpening procedure which traditional vertical machine requires and improve the processing efficiency of polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies.
