摘 要:对于某金属镁企业的生产工艺特点及技术指标要求,为保证球团成品的强度,提高压球机系统的生产效率,需要根据实际情况来自动调节粉料的供给量,使压球机电流稳定在一定的范围内。基于智能技术提出了单片机模糊PID控制的球团压制系统。采用MCS 8052单片机为主控单元,结合电磁调速控制器,根据压球机电流大小对送料和预压电机分别进行调速。该方法实现了压球机系统的优化控制,并有效减少了压球机的噎机故障,减少了工人劳动强度。实验结果表明,模糊PID控制具有更好的控制性能,可以推广应用于其他过程控制实际中。According to the production technology characteristics and technical index requirement of some metal magnesium enterprise, in order to ensure the strength of pellet production, increase the production efficiency of pellet-pressing machine system, reduce the number of operators and cut down the production cost, it must adjust the powder supply automatically based on the actual situation. The current of pellet-pressing machine has to be stabilized within a certain range of value. The single-chip microcomputer (SCM) fuzzy-PID control of the pellet pressing system is presented based on intelligent technology. With this method, the parameters can be adjusted on line, so that it can obtain the desired effect. This method uses MCS8052 microcontroller as the main control unit combing with an elec- tromagnetic speed controller. It regulates the speed of feeding and preloading motors respectively, according to the current size of pellet- pressing machine. The method realizes the optimization control and operation of the pressure ball machine system , and reduces the choke machine fault and the labour intensity of workers. At the same time, it also shows that the fuzzy PID control has better control performance, and it can be applied in other process control practice.
