摘 要:基于平板传热理论建立了缸盖火力板传热预测模型,能够快速预测火力板的温度并获取缸盖火力面的传热规律,为缸盖结构设计和热负荷控制提供参考。进行了缸盖温度场试验测试,并利用试验数据对有限元模型进行了标定。仿真结果表明,所分析缸盖材料热导率严重偏低,火力面钻孔位置偏高,通过材料热导率提升和结构优化设计可有效降低缸盖热负荷。A heat transfer prediction model of cylinder head deck was built based on the plate heat transfer theory.With the model,the deck temperature and heat transfer characteristics could be acquired which provided the important reference for cylinder head design and thermal load control.Moreover,the head temperature field test was carried out and the finite element model was optimized by test data.The simulation result shows that the conductivity property of the cylinder head material is seriously low and the position of the drilling holes near the deck is very high.Through improving the material conductivity and optimizing the structure design,the thermal load of cylinder head can be reduced effectively.
