摘 要:为了提高连杆小头疲劳寿命的预测精度,根据试验中断裂连杆的实际结构和加工工艺状态研究了小头寿命的预测方法。采用有限元法得到了连杆的应力分布,采用临界面法考虑了结构受力的多轴特性,并获取了危险部位临界面上的正应力幅和平均应力,采用正应力模型对连杆进行了疲劳寿命预测。结果表明,此分析方法可以使寿命分析的误差控制在2.6倍因子。The life prediction method for connecting rod small end was studied to improve the prediction accuracy of its fatigue life according to the actual structure and processing technology of the fractured connecting rod.The stress distribution of connecting rod was acquired with the finite element method,the multi-axial characteristic of structure bearing stress was considered with the critical plane method,the normal stress amplitude and mean stress in the critical plane of weak area was obtained,and the fatigue life of connecting rod small end was predicted with the normal stress model.The results show that the error of life analysis can be limited to 2.6 times factor with the method.
