VitalStim吞咽治疗仪治疗不同部位急性脑梗死所致吞咽障碍的研究

摘　　要：目的观察VitalStim吞咽治疗仪对不同部位急性脑梗死所致吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 120例急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者,根据梗死部位分为脑干组和半球组各60例,均应用VitalStim吞咽治疗仪进行康复治疗及常规治疗,同时设立对照组120例,给予常规治疗,治疗28d后比较疗效。结果治疗后脑干组和半球组评分均较治疗前升高显著(P<0.01),对照组升高较少(P<0.05);治疗后脑干组与半球组的评分较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),但脑干组与半球组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死所致吞咽障碍患者进行VitalStim吞咽治疗仪治疗,吞咽功能康复效果明显优于仅给予常规治疗的患者,但脑干梗死与半球梗死患者吞咽功能康复效果差异无统计学意义。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of dysphagia caused by different parts of acute cerebral infarction with VitalStim swallowing therapy instrument.Methods The selection involved 120 cases of patients with dysphagia caused by acute cerebral infarction,who were divided into brainstem group and hemisphere group with 60 cases in each group,all of patients were treated with VitalStim swallowing therapy instrument and routine therapy,at the same time,a control group was set up including 120 cases who were given routine therapy,the therapeutic effects after 28 days of therapy were compared.Results Both brainstem group and hemisphere group schowed signifcant increase in the score after treatment compared with before treatment （P ＜ 0.01）,in the control group,the score increased indistinctively（P ＜ 0.05）,the scores of brainstem group and hemisphere group increased significantly than that of control group after treatment （P ＜ 0.01）,there was no significant difference between brainstem group and hemisphere group （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The swallowing function rehabilitation of on the VitalStim swallowing therapy patients with dysphagia due to acute cerebral infarction was superior to patients with regular treatment only.But the swallowing function rehabilitation was no significant difference between brainstem infarction and hemisphere infarction.
