摘  要:建立了食品塑料包装材料中磷酸三苯酯,磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙鹳酯和磷酸三(2-乙基己鹳酯的高效液相色谱串联质谱的检测方法,样品经甲醇超声提取,采用正离子扫描多反应监测模式和外标法定量。结果表明,3种磷酸酯的质量浓度和峰面积在一定范围内呈线性关系。磷酸三苯酯的方法检出限(3S/N),磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯的方法检出限(3S/N)和磷酸三(2-乙基己鹳酯的方法检出限(3S/N)分别是0.75μg/kg,0.25μg/kg和0.50μg/kg。在3个浓度水平上的加标回收率的平均值为79.85%~93.25%,相对标准偏差为2.81%~6.36%。该方法适用于塑料包装材料中3种磷酸酯的检测,有操作简单,重复性好的特点。A feasible method has been developed for the determination of Triphenyl phosphate (TPP), Tris (2-chloroisopropyl) phosphate (TCPP), Tris (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (TEHP) simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol, and the positive ion scanning with multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) were used for quantitative analysis. The results indicated that the three OPs concentration within a certain range showed a linear relationship with their peak area. The detection limit of method (3S/N) was 0.75μg/kg for TPP, The detection limit of method (3S/N) was 0.25 μg/kg for TCPP and The detection limit of method (3S/ N) was 0.50 μg/kg for TEHP. The recoveries of 30Ps at three spiked concentration levels ranged from 79.85% to 93.25% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.81%45.36%. The method was suitable for the detemaination of 30Ps in plastic package with the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability.
