摘 要:目的:利用电子鼻方法准确、快速鉴别不同产地的豨莶草。方法:通过正交试验对不同产地豨莶草的称样量、孵化时间、粉碎粒度、孵化温度等因素进行筛选,确定不同产地豨莶草电子鼻检测的最佳条件;再通过主成分分析(PCA)多元统计学方法对特征数据进行分析。结果:建立了不同产地豨莶草的电子鼻检测方法及PCA识别模式。结论:该方法准确、快速,可为中药材的快速鉴别及气味的科学化、标准化研究提供新的思路。OBJECTIVE: To distinguish Herba Siegesbeckiae from different producing areas accurately and rapidly by electron- ic nose technology. METHODS : The optimum conditions of electronic nose for Herba Siegesbeckiae from different producing areas was determined by orthogonal test, using sample size, incubation time, fineness of pulverization, incubation temperature as fac- tors. The characteristic data were analyzed by PCA multivariate statistical method. RESULTS : The detection methods of electronic nose and PCA identification mode were established for the identification of Herba Siegesbeckiae from different producing areas. CONCLUSIONS: The method is accurate and rapid, and can provide new ideas for the rapid identification, scientific and standard odor study.
