归脾汤加味膏方治疗三阴乳腺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤加味膏方治疗三阴乳腺癌(TNBS)临床疗效。方法:共纳入手术、化疗、放疗后三阴乳腺癌120例,将120例乳腺癌术后患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后半年开始服用中药,服药3年或直至发生复发、转移(3年内),对照组术后至观察结束未曾服中药,随访3年,观察归脾汤加味膏方对乳腺癌术后患者3年复发转移率的影响,采取统计学方法。结果:治疗组3年无病生存率(RFS)、总生存率(OS)明显高于对照组。结论:归脾汤加味膏方能降低乳腺癌术后患者3年复发性转移率,延长无病生存期,提高总生存率;中药膏方服用安全、方便、价廉、无明显毒副作用,值得推广。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Guipitang Jiawei Ointment in the treatment of breast cancer （TNBS）. Methods： 120 cases of patients with breast cancer after surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy were assigned to the treatment group and the control group. After operation half a year, postoperative patients in the treatment group began to take 3-year-period traditional Chinese medicine or until relapse, metastasis （ within 3 years ） occurred, and the patients in the control group did not take traditional Chinese medicine during the 3-year-follow-up period. By adopting the statistical method, Guipitang Jiawei Ointment＇s influence of 3-year relapse and metastasis rate for postoperative patients with breast cancer was observed. Results ： In the treatment group, the rate of 3-year-period replase-free survival （ RFS ） and overall survival （ OS ） were obviously much higher than that of the control group. Conclusion ： Guipitang Jiawei Ointment can reduce 3-year recurrent and metastasis ratio, and improve both replase-free survival and overall survival rate. It would be more convenient, cheaper, and has no toxic or adverse effect. It is worthy of clinical spread application.
