摘　　要：目的:①探讨WD患者与正常人的肝纤维化指标的差异性。②通过对比研究WD患者肝纤维化中西医临床分型不同,分析其差异性。方法:WD患者60例,正常组30例,进行血清Cys C、血清HA、血清LN、血清PCⅢ、血清C-lV等指标检测。结论:①WD患者肝纤维化指标与正常组比较存在差异性。②WD患者不同西医临床分型与中医证型肝纤维化指标存在差异性。Objective： ①To investigate the difference of liver fibrosis indexes in WD patients and normal people. ② To analyze the difference of liver fibrosis indexes by comparing Wilson＇s disease clinical classification of Chinese and western medicine. Methods ： 60 cases of WD patients and 30 volunteers were included in the study. Serum HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, C- Ⅳ and other factors were measured. Results ： ① Compared to normal people, WD had a significant difference （P〈0.01）in liver fibrosis index.②The result showed that liver fibrosis index had difference between clinical classification of Chinese and western medicine.
