摘　　要：高效液相色谱仪的科学管理和正确使用维护,是获得良好色谱分离效果和延长仪器使用寿命的前提和基础。文中介绍了实验室高效液相色谱仪的管理方法与使用维护技术,为液相色谱仪的初学者提供宝贵的操作知识和管理经验,使其能更好地为实验教学和科研服务。Scientific management and correct operation and maintenance of high-performance liquid chromatography is the precondition and base for obtaining good dispersive effect and extending operation life of equipment. This paper introduces the management, opera- tion and maintenance methods of high-performance liquid chromatography which provide valuable practical and management experience of liquid chromatography to the beginner. Thus, it can greatly serve for experiment teaching and science-research.
