清肺承气颗粒对“大肠腑实证”所致ALI/ARDS患者的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨清肺承气颗粒对"大肠腑实证"所致ALI/ARDS患者的治疗作用。方法:本研究采用了全国多中心随机双盲对照研究模式,制定"大肠腑实证"所致ALI/ARDS患者的纳入标准和排除,严格参照标准选取研究对象;将满足入组排除标准的患者通过中国中医科学院提供的中央随机系统将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予清肺承气颗粒和安慰剂,观察两组患者的血常规、生化检查、尿常规、便常规、L/M比值、血气分析等,并记录两组患者死亡率、住院时间、住院费用等预后指标。结果:入组时,两组患者的年龄、性别分布以及病情严重程度(APACHE-II评分)无统计学意义。经清肺承气颗粒治疗后,治疗组患者氧和指数显著高于对照组,而对照组患者APACHE-II评分、死亡率、住院时间、住院费用等显著低于对照组。结论:清肺承气颗粒治疗大肠腑实证所致ALI/ARDS患者具有较好的临床疗效,不仅对今后的临床工作具有一定的指导作用,还为"肺与大肠相表里"理论提供了实证。Objective：To explore effect of Qingfeichengqi granules on bowel repletion induced ALI /ARD.Methods：A random, double blinded and multi-center control study was conducted with strict recruitment criteria .Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , respectively given Qingfeichengqi granules and placebo .The indicators including blood routine examination , bio-chemical test, routine urine test, stool test, L/M ratio, blood gas analysis were observed , and prognosis index such as mortality , hospi-talization time and expenses were recorded .Results：The baselines of patients before treatment in terms of age , sex distribution , and A-PACHE-II score were not significantly different between the two groups .After the treatment , the oxygen index of patients in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group .The APACHE-II score, prognosis index such as mortality , hospitalization time and expenses were much lower in the treatment group .Conclusion：Qingfeichegnqi granules has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating bowel repletion induced ALI/ARDS, which not only plays an instructive part for future clinical practice , but also provides evi-dence to support the theory of “exterior-interior relation of lung and large intestine”.
