不同剂量免疫球蛋白静脉注射治疗重症肌无力的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射不同剂量的免疫球蛋白对重症肌无力患者的临床效果,为重症肌无力的临床治疗提供可借鉴的方法。方法:选择我院2011年5月至2013年6月收治的重症肌无力患者54例为研究对象,随机分为ACTH组、小剂量IgG组、大剂量IgG组。观察并比较三组患者的临床疗效、住院时间及呼吸机使用时间等。结果:大剂量IgG组治疗有效率高于ACTH组和小剂量IgG组(P<0.05);ACTH组和小剂量IgG组治疗有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大剂量IgG组患者的住院时间和呼吸机使用时间均少于ACTH组和小剂量IgG组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射大剂量免疫球蛋白对重症肌无力的治疗具有重要的意义,不但可以获得良好的临床疗效,而且缩短了患者的住院时间,值得临床推广采用。Objective：To explore the clinical effects of immunoglobulin on the treatment of myasthenia gravis when injecting with different doses in order to make some references to the clinical treatment of the dis -ease.Methods：54 patients with myasthenia gravis who were treated in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2013were selected and randomly divided into the ACTH group , the low-dosed group and the large-dosed group .Then the clinical efficacy , the hospitalization and the time of respiratory were observed and compared . Rseults：The rate of treatment efficacy in the large -dosed group was higher than those of the other two groups （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .There was no statistically significant difference between the ACTH group and the low -dosed group（P＆gt;0.05）;The hospitalization and the time of respiratory of patients in the large-dosed immunoglobu-lin group were less than those of the other two groups （ P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusion：It indicats that the injection of large-dosed immunoglobulin on the treatment of myasthenia gravis should be well promoted for the clinical efficacy and less time for hospitalization .
