摘  要:本研究以4只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的徐淮山羊为瘤胃微生物供体,体外培养条件下,以微生物菌体蛋白(MCP)及山羊肌肉中10种必需氨基酸比例进行设计,探讨MCP100、MCP90+M10、MCP80+M20、MCP70+M30 4种不同氨基酸比例模式对瘤胃微生物氨基酸组成以及微生物区系的影响。结果表明:瘤胃微生物氨基酸组成在不同模式底物下组氨酸(His)、脯氨酸(Pro)、亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸产生了显著变化(P<0.05),其他氨基酸差异不显著(P>0.05)。各必需氨基酸比例MCP∶M为9∶1时,瘤胃微生物氨基酸组成及比例与山羊肌肉EAA相关性最强(r=0.352),微生物多样性最高。据此建立山羊瘤胃微生物的理想氨基酸模式为赖氨酸(Lys)16.0%、蛋氨酸(Met)5.4%、苏氨酸(Thr)11.9%、组氨酸(His)4.5%、精氨酸(Arg)10.2%、色氨酸(Try)3.5%、亮氨酸(Leu)15.5%,、异亮氨酸(Ile)11.1%、苯丙氨酸(Phe)10.5%、缬氨酸(Val)11.5%。The aim of this study is to explore the IAAP of Rumen Microorganism. Four healthy Xuhuai goats with permanent ruminal cannulas were selected as experimental animals to obtain rumen microorganisms. Ten kinds of amino acid from EAA pattern of MCP and goat muscle were selected in this paper to explore the influence of different amino acid pattern on amino acid composition of rumen microorganism and microflora. The results showed that the component of rumen microbial amino acid changed significantly(P〈0.05), which were His, Pro, Leu, Phe. At the same time, the correlation was the strongest (r=0.352) when the EAA ratio between MCP and M was 9: 1. The microbial species diversity was highest with the same treatment. The IAAP was established in the study, which was Lysl6.0%, Met5.4%, Thrll.9%, His4.5%, Arg10.2%, Try3.5%, Leu15.5%, Ilel1.1%, Phe10.5%, Val11.5%.
