摘 要:过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(peroxisome proliferators activated receptorγ,PPARγ)基因属于核受体超家族成员基因,作为转录调控因子能够启动脂肪形成。PPARγ基因不仅是调控脂肪组织中前体脂肪细胞分化的关键因子,而且在调节脂类代谢中扮演重要的角色。随着对PPARγ作用机理的深入研究,发现在复杂的基因调控网络中PPARγ介导脂肪细胞分化的分子机制并不清楚。因此,揭示PPARγ基因的表达规律和分子作用机制,将为研究脂肪细胞分化的过程提供重要理论基础。本文就近年来关于PPARγ基因调控脂肪细胞分化的相关研究进展尤其是PPARγ的表达规律和干预PPARγ作用于脂肪组织的分子机制进行综述。PPARγ (peroxisome proliferators activated receptor γ) is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily and functions as a transcriptional regulator of genes linked to adipogenesis. In adipose tissue, PPARγ serves a central regulator of the process of adipocyte differentiation and plays an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism. However, mounting research suggested that a complex gene regulatory network for the regulation of lipid metabolism mediated by the PPARγ, but an unexpected role for PPARγ in the pathogenesis of adipogenesis. Therefore, we revealed PPARγ gene expression pattern and molecular mechanism to provide important theoretical basis for the principle of adipocyte differentiation. This article summarized related research progress in adipocyte differentiation regulated by PPARγ and PPARγ expression pattern as well as molecular mechanisms of muhifactorial interception on adipogenesis in recent years.
