摘 要:为改善多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)材料的抗凝血性能,采用离子束辅助沉积(ion beam assisted deposition,IBAD)技术,在MWCNTs表面沉积不同N/C比的纳米碳氮(CNx)薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis,XPS)、接触角测试、血小板黏附测试和动态凝血时间测试等方法研究了该材料结构特征、生物相容性与制备工艺参数之间的关系.SEM结果显示覆盖CNx薄膜的MWCNTs的表面形貌更加平整.XPS结果表明:沉积CNx薄膜的MWCNTs中,N/C比分别为0.20、0.21和0.27,其中N和C两元素之间以sp2和sp3两种杂化方式结合.血液实验结果表明:随着亲水性的增强和N/C比率的增高,沉积CNx薄膜的MWCNTs显示出较好的抗凝血性,其血小板黏附率低,在材料表面团聚少,凝血时间长.In order to improve the anticoagulant property of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), the CNx coatings with different N/C ratio were deposited on MWCNTs by ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD). The relationship between the the structural characteristics, components and anticoagulation of MWCNTs with and without CNx coatings were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis (XPS), contact-angle measurements, platelet-adhesion assays and kinetic blood-clotting time assay. The SEM results show that the surfaces of MWCNTs with CNx coatings are smoother. The atomic ratios of MWCNTs with CNx coatings are 0.20, 0.21 and 0.27, and N element and C element are combined with sp2 and sp3 hybridization forms. The in vitro blood experiment shows that MWCNTs with CNx coating displays better anticoagulation with the increase of hydrophilic and N/C atomic composition ratio, whose platelet adsorption rate is lower, agglomeration of the surface is weaker, kinetic blood-clotting time is longer.
