摘　　要：对粘红酵母RG摇瓶发酵产油脂的发酵动力学进行了研究.利用Origin 7.5软件拟合求出菌体生长、油脂合成和基质消耗的动力学模型参数.结果表明:实验数据与动力学模型能较好地拟合,所构建模型能较好地反映粘红酵母RG发酵产油脂的过程.In this paper, the fermentation kinetic models of Rhodotorula glutinis RG for cell growth, lipid content and glucose consumption were built . The parameters of the models were de- termined with nonlinear curve fit by Origin 7.5 software. The results showed that the models simula- tion matched well with the experimental data. And these kinetic models can provide effective de- scriptions for the process of fermentation for the lipid production by Rhodotorula glutinis RG.
