黄连叶、须、根对发热大耳兔、大鼠的药效学研究

摘　　要：为了比较黄连叶、须、根的浸膏、原粉对内毒素致大耳兔发热、酵母致大鼠发热模型的解热作用、将大耳兔和大鼠各分为9组,耳缘静脉注射内毒索致大耳兔发热,皮下注射酵母溶液致大鼠发热,致热后模型组一灌胃生理盐水,模型组二灌胃阿司匹林溶液,其余6组分别灌胃黄连叶、须、根的浸膏和原粉,记录给药后不同时间段大耳兔和大鼠的体温,描绘平均升温曲线。结果是黄连根的浸膏和原粉对发热大耳兔、大鼠的体温有极明显的降低作用(P<0.01).黄连须浸膏和原粉对发热大耳兔、大鼠的体温有较强的降低作用(P<0.05),黄连叶的浸膏和原粉对发热大耳兔、大鼠有降温作用,但没有达到显著水平,且浸膏组的降温效果好于对应的原粉组、表明黄连须对内毒素致大耳兔和酵母致大鼠发热模型的解热效果强于黄连叶,对于开发成中兽药具有一定的价值。Objective：To compare the antipyretic effect of roots beard leaves of Rhizoma Coptidis on the rabbits with LPS-induced fever and rats with yeast-induced fever.Methods：The rabbits and rats were divided into 9 groups respectively/Fhe rabbit model of lever was induced by intravenous injection of endotoxin, the rat model of fever was established by intraperitoneal injection of yeast. The exlraetion and origin powder of toots beard leaves of Rhizoma Coptidis were fed by garage after the elevation of rabbits＂ and rats＂ body temperature the rabbits＇and rats＇temperature were then recorded at different time.The average heating curve was drawn.Resuhs ： The extraction and original powder of the root of Rhizoma Coptidis had obvious antipyretic effect in the rabbit and rat models of fever（P〈0.01）.The extraction and original powder of the beard of Rhizoma Coptidis had antipyretie effect in the rabbit and rat models of fever（P 〈0.05）.The extraction and original powder of the leaves of Rhizoma Coptidis had weak antipyretic effect on rabbit and rat.Conclusion ： Compared with the leaves of Rhizoma Coptidis,the beard has a stronger antipyretic effect on the rabbits with LPS-induced fever and rats with yeast-induced fever It is valuable to develop and utilize the beard of Rhizonm Coptidis into veterinary medicine.
