摘　　要：针对国内智慧城市建设缺乏统一架构和标准的现状,分析了智慧城市的概念内涵,基于系统工程的体系结构框架理论,解释了智慧城市的整体架构,并重点介绍了应用体系架构。最后从系统角度分析了智慧城市的技术层次关系,为开展智慧城市建设提供参考。Aimed at the lack of universal architectures and standards for the construction of the smart city in China, the concept and the connotation of the smart city are analyzed. The overall architecture for the smart city is explained with the focus on the application architecture of the smart city based on the architecture framework theory of the system engineering. Finally, technological arrangements for the structure of the smart city are analyzed from the system, thus providing references for the construction of the smart city.
