摘　　要：政策网络理论是当前政策科学的前沿理论,代表着未来政策科学发展的方向。政策网络理论的兴起为我国新型教育政策执行模式的创新奠定了坚实的理论基础。在政策网络视角下构建新型教育政策执行模式要扩大教育政策执行主体、丰富教育政策执行工具、改善教育政策执行信息传递的路径和建立有效的网络管理机制。The policy network theory is the advancing theory in the circle of current policy sciences, which repre- sents the coming developmental tendency of policy sciences. Its rising has laid a solid theoretical foundation to the innovation of China＇s novel education policy implementation mode. To build a novel education policy implementa- tion mode influenced by the policy network theory, we should expand the subjects of execution of education policy, enrich its tools, improve its ways of information exchanges and build an effective mechanism of network management.
